Online booking

Our "Book online" buttons open an external scheduling tool hosted on a separate domain (nexfield.pro). When you book a repair there, any details you enter — such as your name, contact number, address, and preferred time — are submitted to and handled by that scheduling service, not by this website. We use the booking information you provide solely to arrange and carry out your appointment. We encourage you to review the scheduler's own privacy terms before submitting your details.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are located. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects aggregated, largely anonymized usage data (such as approximate location, device type, and pages visited). We use this only to improve the site's content and performance. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell this data.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension to opt out of Google Analytics, without losing access to any part of this site.

Calls and bookings: when you tap a phone, text, email or booking link on this site, our own analytics stores the IP address of that visit together with the action, so we can see roughly where requests come from. We keep it for 90 days, use it for nothing else, and never sell or share it.

Visit recordings: this site also uses PostHog, a service of PostHog Inc. in the United States, to see how visitors use it. It records the pages you view, where you click and how far you scroll, your device and browser type, page-speed measurements, and a replay of the visit in which anything typed into a field is hidden. It sets no cookies; its session data stays in your browser tab's storage and is cleared when the tab closes. PostHog receives your IP address, keeps it with this data and uses it to estimate your approximate location. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded. We use it only to improve this site and never sell it; PostHog keeps recordings for 30 days and other usage data for up to one year.

Google Maps embeds

Some pages display an embedded Google Map to show our service areas and dispatch points. When a map loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details, as described in Google's own privacy policy. These maps are provided for reference; you are never asked to enter any information into them.

Third-party services
